The Tools Available on Every Account

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. The limit applies the moment you set it; raising it takes a 72-hour cooling-off period; lowering it is instant.

Loss Limits

Cap the maximum net loss across any window — daily, weekly, monthly. Once hit, your account stops accepting bets until the window resets.

Session Limits

Set a hard maximum on how long any single session can last. When the timer runs out, the account is logged out automatically.

Reality Checks

A pop-up appears every 15, 30 or 60 minutes (you choose) showing total session length and net win/loss. Three buttons: keep playing, withdraw, or log out.

Time-Out

Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. The account is fully suspended for the duration; you cannot log in or deposit. The pause is irreversible.

Self-Exclusion

Permanently close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is a serious step — once activated, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires (or, for indefinite exclusion, ever).
