1. Operator
Rollizor Casino (“Rollizor”, “we”, “us”) is operated by a Cyprus-registered company under a Curaçao gaming sub-licence of Antillephone N.V. (licence number 8048/JAZ).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register. Players from restricted countries cannot register or play. The current restricted list includes (but is not limited to): United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, Cyprus, Curaçao, Cuba and a number of high-risk AML jurisdictions. The full list is reviewed regularly and applied at registration.
3. Account Registration
You must register one account per person, household and IP. Multiple accounts are grounds for suspension. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it current. False or impersonated data is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. KYC & AML
Rollizor performs KYC verification before the first withdrawal and may request additional documents at any time as part of ongoing AML monitoring. Requested documents include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment-method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation for high-value play. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account closure.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees
Accounts operate in EUR only. Minimum deposit is €25; minimum withdrawal is €20; maximum withdrawal is €500 per transaction (higher caps unlock at Commander VIP tier and above). Rollizor charges no fees; your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or transfer fees outside our control.
6. Bonuses
All bonus offers are subject to specific terms shown before you claim them. General rules: only one bonus active at a time; wagering must be completed before withdrawal; the maximum bet while a bonus is active is €5; bonus winnings beyond stated caps are forfeited. Bonus abuse — including chip-dumping, low-risk hedging, and multiple-account opening to claim duplicate bonuses — results in immediate forfeiture and may lead to account closure. Welcome and reload bonuses are not available in Brazil, Japan or Hungary; cashback remains available in those countries.
7. Game Outcomes & Disputes
All games run on certified Random Number Generators audited by independent labs. Game outcomes are final once the round completes. Disconnects mid-round do not affect outcome — the spin completes server-side and credits are settled to your balance regardless of client state. If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, contact support within 7 days with the approximate timestamp; we will provide the server-side game log.
8. Inactive Accounts
An account with no real-money activity for 12 consecutive months is classed as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of €5 applies thereafter, capped at the account balance. To avoid the fee, log in and play any real-money game.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rollizor's total liability to you for any cause is limited to the balance in your account at the time the cause arose. We are not liable for losses arising from your hardware, software, internet connection, or third-party payment-provider downtime.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and shown on first sign-in after the change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
